Hey guys,

Just a quick note for the Coz/Effect fans who might be interested:

I've recently received mucho questions about my recent mentions of some character design changes for Coz/Effect. I know I've posted a lot of sketch concept art recently that may have confused some of you guys into thinking that the comic would be changing coloring styles to BG style.

That's not happening - while there are character design changes and updates that will be happening to the Coz crew starting with #9, the coloring style that you know will stay the same for this episode for sure. Line weights will lighten as the designs become a little more sophisticated.

Oh yeah, don't worry, you won't be loosing the cartoony goodness - especially on the funny scenes, I just wanted to add a little seriousness to the story.

[EDIT] - I do want to let you know though that I am considering a color style change in the future, something that will let me put these stories out more quickly. I may switch to even doing tonal coloring like some of the pictures I've put up recently that will save me a LOT of time with cleanup. We'll see...

Anyways, just wanted to let you know...
